Return and Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping with David Rite.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
In this Return and Refund Policy the following are terms used in this policy section.
Company – referred to as either the "Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this agreement refers to David Rite (contributors, employees and/or agents working on His behalf).
Goods – refers to the items (merchandise, products, or services) offered for sale or assistance provided on the Service.
Orders – meaning a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service – refers to the Website and Materials provided by David Rite.
Website – refers to David Rite, accessible from http://www.davidrite.com.
You – means the individual accessing the Service, Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase without giving any reason for doing so.
If your Order has not yet been shipped, then your right to a Cancellation can be exercised. You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by contacting Us at the information listed below.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the purchase. We will reimburse You as soon as possible. There will be a 20% service charge or $10.00 (whichever is greater) for a restocking fee for all cancellations.
Conditions for Returns
You may request a refund by contacting us. Please read this Return and Refund Policy prior to making any purchases.
ALL SALES ARE LISTED AS FINAL WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS. ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DAVID RITE AND COMPANY.
To have the Goods eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· You have contacted Us and have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from a customer service representative and the RA number is written on the outside of the package. A refund will not be given without a RA number.
· The Goods were purchased within the last Seven (7) days.
· The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or resold.
· The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of Goods which are after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
· There are NO refunds on Downloadable Content or Materials.
To the extent that You purchase any Goods or Services directly from Us, we will NOT refund You the purchase price, due to the “information” cannot be returned. Please note, however, that certain Products, Materials, and Services mentioned on Our site may be sold by Third Parties or are linked to Third Party Web Sites, and we have no responsibility or liability for those Products, Materials, Goods and Services. You may request a refund by contacting us. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns and for any reason, at our sole discretion of any Materials, Merchandise, Goods, or Services. There will be a 20% service charge or $10.00 (whichever is greater) for a restocking fee for all returns.
NOTE: Only regular priced Goods may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, Goods on Sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to You, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return (at the current price). Once the return has been authorized, an RA number is given, and the returned product is received, a gift certificate or Site credit will be issued to You (You may be asked to sign up in order to receive your credit).
If the Goods are a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to You directly or the gift giver shipped to themselves and then gave it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver at the price it was paid for and to the method in which it was purchased. There will be a 20% service charge or $10.00 (whichever is greater) for a restocking fee for all returns.
